Privacy Policy

FastTube VPN · Last updated July 21, 2026
In short: we don't log what you do online. The app works without an account, uses a random identifier instead of your name or email, and payments are handled entirely by Apple. Your privacy is the product.

1. No activity logs

We do not collect, store, or log your browsing history, traffic content or destinations, DNS queries, the IP addresses assigned to you, connection timestamps, bandwidth usage, or session duration. Once your VPN session ends, no trace of it exists on our servers.

2. Data we do process

The app works without registration — there is no account, and we never ask for your name or email. To make the service work, we process a minimal set of technical data:
  • Random device identifier. On first launch the app generates a random identifier (UUID) and stores it securely on your device. It is not derived from your Apple ID, name, or email. We use it to register your device on our servers and issue your VPN configuration.
  • Subscription status. Purchases are validated through Apple and RevenueCat so the app can unlock Premium features. A random subscription identifier is linked to the device identifier — not to your identity.
  • Basic app diagnostics. App version, device model, and OS version are collected through an analytics SDK to monitor stability and improve the service. Location tracking is disabled, and the app contains no advertising identifiers and performs no cross-app tracking.
  • iCloud sync. Your subscription identifier is saved to your private iCloud database so Premium can be restored on your other devices. We cannot access your iCloud data.

3. Payments

All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We never receive or store your name, billing address, or payment card details. Subscription management, refunds and receipts are handled entirely by Apple.

4. Third-party services

We do not sell or rent your data, and there are no advertising SDKs in the app. A few trusted providers are involved in making the service work, each under its own privacy policy: Apple (App Store payments, iCloud sync), RevenueCat (subscription validation), and AppMetrica (app stability diagnostics). In addition, the built-in speed test contacts public test endpoints (such as Cloudflare and Hetzner) to measure your connection, and the app briefly queries an IP-lookup service to show your current public IP on screen — these requests contain no personal data and are never linked to your VPN activity.

5. Support emails

If you contact support, your message arrives by email. Requests sent from the app include your random device identifier so we can diagnose issues faster. We keep your email and message only as long as needed to resolve your request, then delete them.

6. Your rights

You can ask what data is associated with your device identifier, request its correction or deletion, or withdraw consent at any time by deleting the app. For any privacy request, write to support@onlyapps.org — we reply within 24 hours.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, the updated policy will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date before it takes effect.

8. Contact
