Please read this agreement carefully before using the app. By installing and using FastTube VPN, you confirm your acceptance of the following terms.
1. The service
FastTube VPN provides a secure, encrypted connection for Apple TV (tvOS 17 or later), designed to enhance your online privacy and security, especially on public or untrusted networks, and to keep streaming fast. The app offers multiple server locations and connection protocols (TCP, WebSocket, XTLS); the list of available locations is provided by our servers and may change over time.2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app solely for lawful purposes. It is strictly prohibited to use the service for:- any activity that violates local or international laws;
- sending spam or distributing malware;
- unauthorized access to networks or systems;
- infringing on third-party intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service without prior notice if these rules are violated.3. Subscriptions and billing
Premium features — unlimited access to all server locations — are available through auto-renewable subscriptions billed to your Apple ID: 1, 2, 3 or 6 months, or annual. New users get a 3-day free trial; unused trial time is forfeited when a purchase is made. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings. The exact price is always shown in the App Store before purchase, and subscriptions support Family Sharing. Payments are processed by Apple — we never see your payment details; refunds are handled by Apple.4. Fair usage
To keep the service fast for everyone, we may apply reasonable technical limits in cases of abuse, such as automated traffic or resale of access.5. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with specific websites or services. We continuously work to keep the service fast and stable, but network conditions outside our control may affect performance. You use the app at your own risk.6. Termination
We may suspend access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time; deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.7. Changes to terms
We may update this agreement at any time. The current version is always available on this page and inside the app; material changes will be published with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
